“What signs are best together?”

“What sign is my best partner?” 

“How come I can’t get along with certain signs?”

These are frequent questions, which generate a lot of confusion.

There are different answers to these inquiries because there are several basic theories about compatibility.  One of them suggests that your best partner is someone of the opposite sign in the zodiac.  That is, Aries/Libra, Taurus/Scorpio, Gemini/Sagittarius, Cancer/Capricorn, Leo/Aquarius, Virgo/Pisces.  Frankly, it’s not that easy!  Yes, theoretically the above sign combo’s are naturals together, but other factors come into play.

Another approach says that fire signs are best together, as are earth signs, air signs, and water signs.  This would group Aries/Leo/Sagittarius, Taurus/Virgo/Capricorn, Gemini/Libra/Aquarius, and Cancer/Scorpio/Pisces as compatible pals. 

Still another theory claims that a man needs to seek out a woman who is the same sign as his moon, and a woman needs to find a man who is of the sign of her mars.  Of course many people don’t even have access to this data! 

Additionally, the time of our birth adds a special dimension to one’s personal astrological chart.  The recorded birth time, which Astrologers always request, identifies the sign on the cusp of your first house, (also called your rising sign or ascendant), which can have a strong impact on your personality.  Again, many people have no knowledge of this information.

Also, the very varied placement of the planets on each person’s particular date of birth changes things yet again.  Your sun sign alone is not enough of an indicator.  Any sign, yes, any sign, can be very harmonious with any other sign depending on the individual’s date of birth (sun sign), time of birth (rising sign), and placement of moon and various planets.  So just relax and enjoy your social life, or your current partner, friends, family members, co-workers, etc.   Truly any sign depending on time and date of birth can be right for you!
